    • Communication with family – need to give ‘Venue Liason’ committee and estimate for the number of people that will attend.  That number will be used to set the per person price.

Venue Liason

  • responsibilities
    • Assign people to rooms – there was a suggestion that we try to rotate who gets to stay in Creevy vs Wright hall.  This group needs to decide whether or not to do this and if so how it will be done.
    • Write 3 checks to Menucha at the appropriate times: initial deposit, 1st deposit, final payment
    • Communicate with Menucha
    • Set the prices for adult, student, children such that we will collect enough money to pay Menucha. (probably should build in some cushion because you need to set the price before you have commitment from people)
    • Cancel a building if it makes sense (we don’t need it)

    • Set up Frisbe golf course & make sure frisbees are available

    • Get T-shirts made according to orders on registration form
